Recently there’s been a picture forming in the back of my mind. It’s what I want my life to look like. And strangely enough (or perhaps not so surprisingly) it doesn’t look anything like the life I have today.
As my kids get older and I get closer to being on my own, I begin to envision the life that I’d like to build. A life full of adventures and travel and growth. Perhaps I’ll move from my current town in Ohio to another state. Or maybe I’ll decide to go live abroad. Maybe I’ll change everything, even my career.
Slowly but surely a new life – hell, a new me – is beginning to form.
There’s really no reason why any one of us at any age shouldn’t begin to transform their life from one in which they’re just going through the motions to one in which they completely love the life they’re created!
So let’s gather up all of our scattered dreams and each of us begin to build a life we love. It will make us come alive in ways we never imagined!
